Unfortunately, it seems as though some California voters thought Proposition 46 was all about increasing trial lawyers' fees in medical malpractice cases. A recent multi-vehicle accident that occurred near Clearlake Oaks, California proved fatal for one motorcycle rider. A second man, the driver of the two men's vehicle, was transported to an area hospital with significant injuries.
